Balloon Kit & Bash Box Questions
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
No we do not! All sales are final unless there is a defect with your product.
What happens if my balloons are damaged or pop when I'm assembling my kit?
Each one of our balloon kits comes with at least 4 extra balloons to account for accidents and damaged product. We've got you covered with extras to make sure nothing stops your party!
How fast will my kit or box arrive?
We ship products out within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping is 5-8 business days.
Party & Event Planning Questions
Where can I party?
Anywhere private! Your or a loved one's house works great, otherwise we can work with you to secure a venue or AirBnb. Please note we do not set up events on public property.
How far do you travel?
We will travel anywhere in the US of A! Travel fees typically range between $2-4/mile from our Dallas location for more local picnics, and go up from there. If you're more than a few hours from us, some of our stock of decor may not be available for transportation to your event and we will instead rely on local vendors to supply things like tables and decor when planning your party.

How far in advance should I book?
For our preset packages we recommend at least 2 weeks of notice. For our full-scale party planning we recommend a 2-3 month notice; customers who book with less notice may be subject to a rush fee.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are available until 1 month prior to your event with the option to reschedule. Your cancellation may be subject to other charges from vendors booked on your behalf. We do not offer refunds in most cases.

Do you charge a delivery fee?
We do charge a delivery fee for installations that are further than 15 miles from our Dallas location, but we'll walk, drive, or fly to you to get your balloons up no matter where in the country you are!

How long will my balloons last?
While we can't make any promises, you cane expect indoor installations to last around 3 weeks and outdoor installations to last a few days.
What if I need to cancel?
Our balloon services are non-refundable, however depending on your situation we may be able to offer you a credit for another date.
Do you pick up my balloons after?
The balloons are yours to keep and eventually dispose of! If you would like our team to dispose of your balloons you'll be subject to an additional charge proportional to your delivery fee.
