Happy Halloween! This 10ft garland is perfect for however you're celebrating your Halloween. Comes with everything you need, including balloons, balloon wire, command hooks for installation, and glue dots.
All of our kits come standard with 5", 12", 18", and 24" balloons. Each box also includes instructions for assembling the garland, at least four extra balloons, and a link to our tutorial video!
NOTE: Foil balloon must be added under the “Add-Ons” drop down!
